The platform should fit the operation

A full platform provides a more continuous surface, straightforward drive-on access and separation between parked vehicles. Twin runways support the wheels while keeping the centre open for visual access and lower platform weight.

Selection should consider wheel-track range, ground clearance, cleaning, drip management and available width. Deck material, surface treatment and connections should be confirmed against the operating environment and equipment drawings.
